About the Role
Join our People & Culture/Employee Engagement team and help shape how TymeX employees feel connected, informed, and proud of what we build together. In this internship, you’ll support internal communications and engagement activities and see your work go live across the company.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build a real portfolio (visuals + short videos), learn how internal communications and engagement campaigns are run, and create content that helps people feel included and energized at work.

For an Employee Engagement Intern, this matters because culture and connection are what help high-performing teams move fast and build well. In this role, you’ll help ensure employees feel informed, connected, and proud of what we’re building. Your work will directly support how TymeX employees experience the workplace every day through communications, events, and culture touchpoints that keep teams aligned and energized.
What you'll do
Internal Communication
- Support the execution of internal communication plans by producing and publishing engaging content across internal channels (post, visuals, short videos)
- Keep internal platforms updated and content well-organized.
- Manage and update content across internal communication platforms.
Content Creation (Visual + Video)
- Conceptualize and design internal communication materials (e.g., posters, banners, announcements) primarily using Canva.
- Edit short-form videos (event recaps, highlights, internal campaigns, and training videos) using CapCut/Canva/Adobe Premiere, including trimming, transitions, basic audio, subtitles, and export formats.
- Apply storytelling to content: propose creative hooks, structure content with a clear flow, and deliver the final output that's engaging and on-brand.
Employee Engagement & Event
- Help plan and run engagement activities (weekly events, internal campaigns, celebrations)
- Capture moments during events through photography/videography.
- Produce post-event deliverables (highlight album, recap video, key visuals).
RequirementsYou'll be great fit if you have:
- Hands-on familiarity with Canva and basic short-video editing (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere): subtitles, simple edits.
- A strong sense of visual design basics (layout, spacing, typography, consistency, and attention to detail).
- Storytelling instincts, you can turn everyday updates into content with a clear point and a fun hook.
- A learning mindset: open to feedback, proactive, and quick to adapt to new tools/processes.
- Good communication in Vietnamese & English, and you enjoy collaborating with others.
Requirements:
- Available for a full-time 6-month internship
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing/Branding, or related fields.
- Interest in internal communications/employee engagement/employer branding/culture is a plus. Any experience in content creation, social media, event support, or related areas is advantageous.
- Portfolio/sample work is a big plus (Canva designs, short videos, school projects or personal content)
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to support ideation, script writing, and faster content production while keeping quality and accuracy in check.
