Job Purpose:
The Employee Engagement Executive is responsible for designing and delivering meaningful employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, reinforce company culture, and enhance internal communication across SUN.STUDIO. This role ensures that engagement activities are not only well-executed but strategically aligned with the company’s direction, measurable in impact, and consistent with our cultural values.

A. Role & Responsibilities

    • As a Employee Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
    • 1. Employee Engagement & Culture Experience (35%)
    • Plan and execute in building and executing engagement and culture plans aligned with team and company priorities.
    • Execute company-wide initiatives such as Townhall, Year End Party, Team Building, and internal culture activities.
    • Prepare materials, logistics, and communication for engagement activities (agenda, content, coordination with stakeholders).
    • Integrate company values into employee experience through recognition programs, onboarding activities, and internal initiatives.
    • Collect feedback from employees after activities and propose improvement ideas for better experience.

    • 2. Internal Communication (30%)
    • Operate and maintain internal communication platforms (e.g., Viva Engage and other internal channels).
    • Draft and publish internal communication content (announcements, recap posts, campaigns) following agreed messaging direction.
    • Develop communication materials (visuals, content ideas, coordination with design team if needed).
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal messages across channels.
    • Monitor engagement (views, reactions, comments) and suggest improvements for better reach and interaction.

    • 3. Employer Branding (15%)
    • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team and Marketing to implement employer branding activities on platforms such as social media plalform company website, and recruitment channels.
    • Create and manage content creation for employer branding (employee stories, culture highlights, event recaps).
    • Assist in organizing branding initiatives/events that enhance candidate and employee experience.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across employer branding materials.

    • 4. Engagement & Continuous Improvement (10%)
    • Implementation of engagement surveys and collect employee feedback.
    • Consolidate and summarize survey results, feedback, and participation data.
    • Track basic engagement metrics (participation rate, satisfaction score, eNPS, communication engagement).
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement activities and communication effectiveness.
    • Maintain documentation and reports for engagement initiatives.

    • 5. Professional Execution & Budget Governance (10%)
    • Planning and tracking of budgets for engagement activities.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.
    • Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and quality of execution.
    • Prepare basic reports on activities, including outcomes and learnings.
    • Ensure all activities are executed in a professional and well-organized manner.

B. Requirement & Expectation

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, Culture Development, Corporate Communication, or Event Management.
    • Experience in supporting or executing company-wide engagement initiatives (e.g., Townhall, Team Building, Internal Campaigns).
    • Hands-on experience in content creation and internal communication channel management is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of engagement measurement (survey, participation rate, feedback analysis, eNPS).
    • Experience in a fast-paced, creative, digital, or tech environment is an advantage.
    • Strong project coordination skills and experience as an MC are an advantage.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and implement engaging activities.
    • Familiarity with digital communication and social media platforms.
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    • Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
