Our HR team is growing, and we are looking for an Employee Engagement, Development & Insights Associate, who shares our vision of creating a unique employee experience and is eager to be part of our growth journey.

Key responsibilities

Employee Development : Supporting the coordination of employee development initiatives, including organizing training programs and workshops, gathering employee feedback, and maintaining records of skills, development needs, and career interests.

Performance Management: Assisting with the annual performance review cycle in the HRMS, including communication and data analysis

Employee Engagement: Helping to roll out employee surveys, collect data, preparing presentations, and identifying areas for improvement.

HR Technology: Supporting the implementation of the HRMS and acting as a superuser for the e-learning platform, ensuring smooth adoption and usage across the organization.

 Analytics: Analyzing data and preparing reports for all stages of the employee experience journey to identify key trends and provide insights that support decision-making.

HR Projects: Participate in cross-functional HR projects (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing etc.) to support our People goals and initiatives



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with HRMS (preferably Oracle), LMS, and AI tools
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both spoken and written)
  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of accountability
