Description

The Employee Engagement Associate plays a role in cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes equity, transparency, and employee growth. The ideal candidate is both empathetic and data-driven, with a passion for building inclusive and future-ready working environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure fair, transparent performance reviews.
  • Facilitate grievance resolution processes that are timely, confidential, and equitable.
  • Collaborate with employees to optimize career path and job mobility plans.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship initiatives.
  • Support achievements recognition platforms.
  • Support events to recognize and celebrate employee achievements.
  • Ensure HR policies and code of conduct are clearly communicated and easily access
  • Promote ethical behavior and accountability.
  • Leverage data and partner with HRBP to monitor employee engagement metrics and exit trends.
  • Conduct pulse surveys to identify retention risks.
  • Promote work – life balance and wellness programs.
  • Encourage a culture that respects personal time and boundaries.
  • Advocate HR digital employee self-service tools to improve user experience.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with HRMS, ESG, DEI, and engagement tools is a plus.
