We are currently seeking an Early Careers Talent Attraction Partner for a 1 year fixed-term contract with a possibility to extend to join our Early Careers Europe team at Nokia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with internal colleagues and universities across Europe to attract top talent to our organization.

Our team focuses on supporting several countries in Europe, which provides a unique opportunity to work with an international team and gain valuable cross-cultural experience. As an Early Careers Talent Attraction Partner, you will have the chance to work across all Nokia business groups to bring in the best talents and shape the future of our organization by hiring our next rising stars.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with the next generation of workers and participate in projects related to early careers, allowing you to make a significant impact on our organization's future success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment that values innovation, diversity, and inclusion.



Responsibilities

We are looking for a fast learner who is highly organized and fosters collaboration to join our team at Nokia.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Autonomously conduct full circle Early careers recruitment, including internships and graduate hirings
  • Act as POC for stakeholders like Hiring Managers, Country People Manager, Country Plant Management, People Care Team for everything related to Early Career hiring
  • Organize Nokia's attendance to university and other career events
  • Establish and maintain contacts and collaborations with universities, student guilds and other relevant partners
  • Organize and manage internal recruitment events like student company visits, working intensively together on this with the local Business Groups
  • Help promote Nokia as the top employer for GenZ profiles via social media channels

You have:

  • Passion for Talent Acquisition and connecting with the GenZ community
  • Collaborative mindset for working closely with stakeholders
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement approach
  • Excellent English communication skills with native fluency in Greek
  • Ability to connect warmly and authentically with candidates and remote team members

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous experience with early careers recruitment
  • Ability to organize/lead an early careers event or job fair
  • Immediate availability to start
