Job Description
Design and execute annual campus recruitment plans, including university partnerships, job fairs, and assessment centers.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders.
Develop innovative employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s appeal among graduates.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with a focus on campus recruitment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle high-volume hiring under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with students and academic institutions.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in early-career talent pipelines.
