As the Director of Workforce Planning, Insights & Reporting, you'll bring together enterprise-wide workforce planning and workforce data analytics functions into one team. You'll have the opportunity to influence high-impact decisions, collaborating with senior leaders to align workforce strategy with the University's broader objectives. Your expertise in advanced analytics and workforce strategy will be crucial in shaping the institution's future.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement a University-wide workforce planning framework, aligning with financial and strategic priorities. Conduct scenario modelling and forecasting based on key factors.
Driving Data-Driven Insights: Provide senior leadership with actionable workforce insights, performance metrics, and trends analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Fostering Key Partnerships: Build strong collaborations across the university and empower areas to facilitate workforce planning strategies in alignment with University workforce strategies.
Advocating for an Evidence-Based Culture: Lead a high-performing team and promote a culture of innovation, learning, and data-driven decision-making across the University.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced leader in workforce planning and analytics, with a passion for data and proven track record of delivering strategic insights and driving organisational success in complex environments.
You will also:
Possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Have extensive senior leadership experience in workforce planning or strategic HR within large organisations.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of workforce analytics, modelling, and business intelligence tools.
Excel in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse organisational functions with experience with change management desirable.
Show strong strategic thinking capabilities, including scenario planning and forecasting.
Be an excellent listener and communicator, able to give voice to others while clearly conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
Possess the ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
