We are looking for a Director, People Operations, Finland to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will lead People Operations in Finland, managing a team of over 60 professionals, including HR Managers and Specialists, payroll, and integrated occupational health care. You will have 10 direct reports and full responsibility for operational HR in Finland. Your team will support more than 6000 employees in across Finland.
You will be part of the global People Operations leadership team, working closely with colleagues around the world, and report to VP, Global People Operations. This is a role where you can make a real impact, work with a skilled team, and collaborate across a global matrix organization.

Lead and develop People Operations in Finland

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong change leadership skills and proven experience in leading large organizations
Solid knowledge of Finnish labor law, collective agreements, and core HR processes
Experience in utilizing AI for HR process improvement
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Experience in collaboration with union representatives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Finnish
