Enrich the
lives of older adults through community, choice, and continuing care in the Director
of People Operations role. The Director of People Operations will be responsible for leading
and managing all aspects of HR operations within the mini-Centers of Excellence
(COEs) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services. Equally
important, this role will serve as a problem solver to bring field-based
operational requests to life (past examples include centralized TB testing, centralized
temporary labor portal, HRIS-based compliance reporting, SOPs and DOH/DSHS
survey compliance support). This role requires an experienced, certified HR
professional with a strong background in HR operations, process improvement,
strategic planning, relationship management and change management. This role
will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive initiatives to enhance HR
service and delivery, and play a key role in assimilating the company’s people

- Evaluate,

dashboards and present findings on HR operational performance to

- Technology
and Systems Management:
- Oversee

- Supervise,

Our requirements and qualifications for success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
related field or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR
operations, Change Management or HR systems administration.
- HR certification (i.e. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, etc.)
- Strong relationship management skills to influence end users and
build long-term relationships.
- Prior experience configuring HR technology (HRIS, ATS, third-party
cloud-based software, etc.); Dayforce experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in HR process improvement and optimization.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing HR systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills; PMQ certification a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Lean methodology and continuous improvement.
