We are seeking a Director, OD&L and Culture to report directly to the Chief People Officer to lead global people strategy shaping Gilat’s organizational development, learning, employee experience, and internal communications. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformation, partnering with senior management, and ensuring our people and culture are ready to meet the challenges of a dynamic, global environment.

• Initiate and lead programs that shape Gilat’s organizational culture worldwide.
• Design and execute the annual organizational development process and programs.
• Lead the creation of learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee employee engagement and culture by managing relevant functions.
• Drive major change and transformation processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR management on strategic priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar leadership role in a global company.
• Partnering with both Business and HR leadership.
• Proven track record in organizational development and transformation.
• Experience designing and leading learning and leadership programs.
• Strong background in shaping organizational culture.
• Demonstrated success in employee engagement and communications.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
