Role Summary

As a Development and Engagement Specialist at Zalaris, you will play a key role in how our employees upskill, perform, and grow. You will design and deliver complete learning programs covering both technical and soft-skill topics aligned with business priorities. You’ll also enhance performance processes and drive engagement and learning initiatives that empower employees. Working closely with business leaders, you will influence how Zalaris develops talent, foster continuous growth, and achieve business success.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs and training courses in direct collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Support performance, goal management and HR processes,

• Monitor and report on learning, development, and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and impact,

• Work with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, to manage and learning activities,

• Advise managers and employees on career development, performance improvement, and engagement best practices.

• Collaborate across departments to align performance, learning, and development programs with organizational priorities.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Employee Engagement roles.
• Proven experience and ability to design and deliver learning content from start to finish, including technical training.
• Solid understanding of Performance Management, Goal Setting, and Talent Development frameworks.
• Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning module is a great asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience translating metrics into actionable insights.
• Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
