We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who views every interaction as an opportunity to strengthen a relationship. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Professional Services client as a Customer Experience Representative for a contract role that starts asap for 5 months plus.
Location: Vancouver West Side Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday Contract: Minimum 5 months starts asap Pay: $26.00 per hour plus vacation pay
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Relationship Management: Lead interactions across phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and professional poise, ensuring the customer’s experience is as seamless as the solution provided.
Empathetic Conflict Resolution: Professionally de-escalate complex or sensitive situations by utilizing active listening and a non-judgmental approach to transform frustration into loyalty.
Personalized Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, translating intricate internal processes into clear, tailored roadmaps that respect the customer’s unique needs and level of understanding.
Integrity & Data Stewardship: Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics by maintaining precise documentation and ensuring all interactions comply with strict confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
Advocacy for Improvement: Collaborate with cross functional leadership to share customer feedback, identifying trends that allow the organization to proactively evolve their service model and enhance overall satisfaction.
Agile Problem Solving: Navigate high volume service channels with superior time management, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor during peak periods.

What You Bring
Customer Service Specialist: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), proven administrative and data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Interpersonal Excellence: You possess a sophisticated communication style and the "emotional intelligence" required to read between the lines of a client's request.
Solution Oriented Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver who prioritizes the human element of a solution over a simple transactional fix.
