The role will report directly to the People & Culture Director. The primary role of this position will be to lead and execute the country's talent acquisition and employer branding strategy by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent, building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and promoting the organization as an employer of choice while ensuring data-driven, compliant, and inclusive recruitment practices.
