Who we are looking for

Join Amplifon’s international HR team and shape the future of a fast-growing industry at the intersection of Retail and MedTech. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter based in Hamburg to support our Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in driving business growth.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across EMEA to design effective sourcing, assessment, and hiring strategies 
  • Identify and engage top (including passive) talent aligned with Amplifon’s values 
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and networking 
  • Conduct high-quality interviews and deliver strong candidate slates within agreed timelines 
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to continuously improve talent acquisition practices 
  • Support special projects, including interview best practices and internal talent development 

 

Your profile

  • Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics, HR, or related field (MSc preferred) 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, including full-cycle hiring 
  • Experience in international, structured environments with mature TA practices 
  • Fluent German and English are mandatory 
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to balance quality with speed 
  • High ownership, curiosity, and ability to challenge the status quo
