We are seeking Campaign Specialists who reside in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones and will be at the center of helping Cordial clients bring their messages to life. You’ll work hand-in-hand with marketers and end-users to build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and app-based messaging.

Think: coding gorgeous, dynamic email templates… crafting smart audience segments… building automations that fuel personalization… and ensuring everything goes out flawlessly.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role on our Campaign Services team, reporting to the Manager, Campaign Services. You will own the full lifecycle of campaign production for some of the world's top brands.

Campaign Execution

    • Code dynamic, personalized emails in HTML/CSS
    • Build reusable templates, blocks, and components
    • Create targeted segments and data queries
    • Manage and optimize media assets in Cordial
    • Test, debug, and QA (EmailOnAcid, Litmus)
    • Schedule and deploy email, SMS, and app campaigns

Quality & Best Practices

    • Maintain strong QA standards and troubleshoot issues
    • Ensure campaigns meet accessibility, compliance, and performance best practices
    • Monitor deliverability and automation-related technical issues

Collaboration & Orchestration

    • Build and update automated and transactional message flows
    • Partner with creative teams, brand managers, and stakeholders
    • Manage workflow visibility, expectations, and SLAs
    • Support clear, consistent communication from kickoff to approval

You will thrive in this role if:

    • You have 3+ years in email/digital production, including HTML coding, segmentation, A/B testing, and building automated journeys
    • You understand email best practices, including mobile responsiveness, dark mode, accessibility, and design nuance
    • You’re comfortable with tools like Figma, Photoshop, and work/project management platforms (Monday, Asana, JIRA)
    • You’ve worked with an ESP, CDP, CRM, or similar data-driven marketing system
    • You’re familiar with communication & privacy standards (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL, GDPR, TCPA)
    • You bring superb attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a love for problem-solving
    • You have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset
    • You’re naturally curious, proactive, and excited to grow
    • Bonus points for: experience with working with Cordial as a brand, SaaS environments, or fast-growing startups
$66,000 - $75,000 a year
The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
