This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while supporting foundational people initiatives. The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will manage full-cycle recruitment logistics, serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems. This position works closely with senior talent acquisition leaders and the people operations team, providing both operational support and strategic assistance. The role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires someone who can pivot between recruiting coordination, candidate engagement, and people initiatives. It offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in talent acquisition while contributing to a supportive and mission-driven organizational culture. The position requires collaboration, initiative, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional hiring experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Manage full-cycle interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance through the interview process and coordinating logistics such as travel, calendar management, and technology setup.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate, real-time reporting.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume roles, including initial screenings and reference checks.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Assist in the implementation of company-wide people initiatives and HR administration tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition and people operations leaders to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a fast-paced operations role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the organization with professionalism and warmth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pivot seamlessly between responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic environments and taking initiative to solve problems proactively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition and people strategy.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and productivity suites (e.g., G Suite) is a plus.
- Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience.
