Position Summary:
The Contractor, Talent Acquisition is based at the Amkor corporate headquarters in Tempe, AZ. The primary role of this position is to source and recruit qualified candidates for various corporate and technical roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source and identify candidates that match to position requirements, competencies and the Amkor culture.
• Utilize different talent acquisition platforms while driving recruitment campaigns to target passive candidates.
• Develop ongoing relationships with candidates to build a network of talent suitable for current and future opportunities.
• Demonstrate a strong internal customer focus and flexibility to support full cycle recruitment.
• Ensure compliance to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support various adhoc projects and enhancements to the talent acquisition experience.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on accounting and engineering roles. Recruiting for Semiconductor companies is highly desired.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.
• Creativity sourcing candidates utilizing different web-based platforms, social media and professional groups targeting varying technical candidates. Additional experience sourcing other corporate roles is a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be results oriented with persistence and tenacity. Exceptional organizational skills and pro-active follow-through is a must.
• Sense of urgency and customer service with all levels while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize the impact of changes to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to partner while coaching others throughout the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with SuccessFactors is highly desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
