Your Role: Global Talent Development Consultant

As Global Talent Development Consultant, you will be part of Elanco’s Global Talent Development team to deliver an integrated, high-impact approach to learning and development across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing Elanco’s development philosophy by connecting learning, leadership, performance, career development, onboarding, and digital platforms to support Leader 2030 and People Strategy priorities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end learner experience across Elanco’s global learning ecosystem, ensuring development is connected, relevant, and embedded into how work gets done

  • Design and integrate learning pathways that connect leadership programs, manager resources, onboarding, performance management, and career development touchpoints

  • Serve as a consultative partner to Global Talent Development, HRBPs, and business leaders to align learning solutions with business and capability needs

  • Govern and operationalize Elanco Essentials and compliance training within the SuccessFactors LMS, including rollout, tracking, reporting, and learning governance coordination

  • Measure learning engagement, adoption, and application, using data and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness and experience

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree; military experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Talent Management, or Workforce Development

  • Top Skills: Strong consultative partnership and communication skills combined with the ability to design integrated learning solutions and leverage data and technology to drive adoption

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workday, SuccessFactors, and general technological savviness

  • Ability to build, coordinate, and execute communication and activation plans

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders to drive behavior change

  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 10–15% annually

  • Location: Global Elanco Headquarters – Indianapolis, IN – Hybrid Work Environment
