Cluster People and Culture Manager

We’re looking for an experienced hotel HR professional to support our properties across Scotland. You may already work across several hotels, or you may be ready to move into a cluster role after building strong experience at a single site.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present in hotels, supporting managers and helping teams thrive. You’ll need excellent organisation, sound judgement and the confidence to manage a varied employee relations caseload.

What you’ll do

• Partner with General Managers and department heads on day-to-day people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, absence and performance matters.
• Support recruitment across the hotels, from vacancies and candidate management through to offers and onboarding.
• Support payroll preparation, checking information for accuracy and meeting submission deadlines.
• Coach managers to handle people issues fairly, promptly and consistently.
• Keep people records and processes accurate and organised across the properties.

What you’ll bring

• Hotel HR experience is essential.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Strong experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Experience supporting recruitment and payroll processes.
• The ability to prioritise competing demands across multiple locations.
• A practical, approachable style and the confidence to advise senior hotel leaders.
• Flexibility to travel throughout Scotland and stay overnight at our properties when required.

We use Recruit Genie, Fourth Hospitality and Eproductive. Experience with any of these systems would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
