You’re invited to create a CVPRO Video Profile—a short, structured conversation with our CHRO interviewer that helps you tell your leadership story in depth. We use scenario-based prompts (not generic questions) so your real experience, judgment, and outcomes shine through. This profile becomes a high-credibility signal we use to represent you to employers.

What you’ll get (why this matters)

  • Personalization: Prompts adapt to your CV/LinkedIn (e.g., integrations you led, scale you managed, industries you served).

  • Fairness: A consistent, structured flow for every candidate; we don’t stop mid-way even if one answer is weaker—everyone gets a full, equal chance.

How to prepare (quick checklist)

Tech & setup

  • Quiet, well-lit space; camera at eye level; stable internet; close unused tabs/apps.

  • Test mic/cam; keep a glass of water nearby.

Answering approach

  • Use STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Say numbers where you can (e.g., “reduced attrition from 21% → 14%”).

  • Anchor each scenario in your decision-making (trade-offs, stakeholders, risks) and the outcome.

  • Think like a CHRO: tie actions back to business impact (revenue, productivity, risk, culture).

Content tips

  • Prepare 3–5 crisp stories: change/transformation, conflict resolution at senior level, talent strategy/leadership development, DEI in action, tech/HRIS or analytics initiative.

  • Keep it real—trade-offs and lessons learned are valued; we’re profiling how you think under real constraints.

During the interview

  • You’ll see one question at a time. Take a breath, collect your thoughts (5–10 sec), then answer.

  • If a follow-up appears, it’s just to help you add specifics; then we move on. (There are no trick questions and no gotchas.)

  • Descriptive summary of your answers (not just a transcript).
