We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our end-to-end people function and drive a high-performance culture. The ideal leader will bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and organizational development, along with the ability to shape HR strategy that scales with a fast-growing, people-centric organization. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on workforce planning, talent priorities, and organizational health.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower the HR team across all verticals including recruitment, HR operations, L&D, employee relations, and culture.

2. Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Build an innovative and scalable Talent Acquisition strategy that attracts top-tier talent across levels and functions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring hiring quality, efficiency, and a strong employer brand.
  • Implement data-driven hiring practices and selection frameworks to reduce time-to-hire while improving talent fit.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

3. Talent Management (TM)

  • Architect a comprehensive Talent Management framework encompassing performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility.
  • Build structured talent reviews, competency frameworks, and capability-building programs tailored to various career stages.
  • Guide managers and teams on setting clear goals, providing continuous feedback, and driving accountability.
  • Establish robust processes to identify high-potential talent and prepare them for future leadership roles.

4. Culture, Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-trust culture that motivates employees and aligns with the company’s values.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action planning to continuously improve employee experience.
  • Drive change management strategies to support new initiatives, organizational transformations, and scaling efforts.

5. Compliance, Governance & HR Operations

  • Ensure HR policies, compensation structures, and people practices are compliant, competitive, and reflective of market standards.
  • Oversee HR analytics and dashboards to track metrics related to hiring, retention, engagement, performance, and workforce productivity.
  • Implement technology-led HR solutions to increase efficiency and enhance the employee lifecycle.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Technology, and business heads to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Lead communication and alignment on key talent decisions across senior leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 12–20 years of progressive HR experience with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and influencing leadership at a strategic level.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, dynamic, or multi-location organizations is preferred.
