HR Leadership & Strategy

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for leading the organization's global people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and culture transformation. The CHRO ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while building a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready workforce aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Organizational Leadership

Develop and execute the organization's overall HR and people strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development.

Ensure alignment between people strategy and long-term business growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Oversee global recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Build strong employer branding and talent pipelines.

Ensure hiring of high-quality talent across all levels and functions.

Performance Management & Talent Development

Design and implement performance management frameworks.

Lead leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Build and sustain a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.

Improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

Design competitive compensation and benefits structures.

Ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.

Oversee incentive programs aligned with performance and business goals.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Oversee HR operations, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes.

Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.

Organizational Development & Change Management

Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

Support restructuring, mergers, and business transformation programs.

Strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

Data, Analytics & HR Insights

Use HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Monitor workforce KPIs such as attrition, engagement, productivity, and hiring efficiency.

Provide insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Partner with CEO, CFO, COO, and other executives on strategic people decisions.

Advise leadership on workforce and organizational challenges.

Lead and mentor HR teams across regions and functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.

12–15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, including senior executive HR positions.

Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformations and global HR operations.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and organizational behavior.
