HR Leadership & Strategy

WorkVibes is recruiting a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for an international company operating in a complex, fast-moving business environment. The organization manages a multi-disciplinary structure and is focused on sustainable growth, high ethical standards, and building a strong internal culture where people and leadership are strategic priorities.

This is not an operational HR role. It is a senior leadership position for someone who can design, run, measure, and continuously improve the entire human operating system of the business.

The role

As CHRO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, with responsibility for:

  • defining and executing an HR strategy fully aligned with business objectives;

  • acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and C-suite on all people-related matters;

  • leading leadership development and succession;

  • overseeing organizational development, culture, and change management initiatives;

  • building and managing the full talent lifecycle – attraction, onboarding, performance management, and long-term development;

  • introducing measurable, data-driven HR practices and continuously improving people processes.

The profile we are looking for

We are seeking a senior HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and operates as a true business partner:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR with full-cycle exposure: recruitment, compliance, rewards and compensation, performance and development;

  • proven track record as a strategic HR business partner to executive leadership;

  • strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the organization;

  • deep expertise in organizational development, culture, and change management;

  • international experience is a strong advantage;

  • a collaborative, accountable, and proactive working style;

  • values grounded in integrity, responsibility, curiosity, and a strong “can-do” attitude.

What makes this role distinctive

  • Direct impact on company strategy, leadership, and long-term growth.

  • The opportunity to shape the people agenda at enterprise level.

  • A mandate to build, evolve, and professionalize the HR function as a core business system.

If this role reflects the next step in your leadership journey, we would be glad to connect.
