Description

Looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead a 2–3 months project supporting employee engagement for an enterprise wide service integration initiative. The role starts ASAP, with a break over Christmas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leaders and clinicians to develop and embed change and improve employee engagement.
  • Design and deliver leader-led or technical/transactional training.
  • Support teams navigating a new system, focusing on people, behaviour, and adoption, not just technology.
  • Work across both Private Health Insurance and Health Services functions.
  • Facilitate meaningful conversations to help leaders and teams understand the ‘why’ and the value of change.
