Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team.

Cevo - a leading AWS Partner are very excited to start the search for our next People and Culture team member to join us in our Melbourne office in a fractional 3 day a week role.

We are a leading technology consulting business, specialising in AI and transformation for mid-size, government and enterprise businesses - we are inviting talent acquisition specialists who are passionate about recruiting in the tech space, along with supporting our full end-to-end employee experience lifecycle.

Day to Day tasks include

• End to End recruitment of technical consultants with a focus on AWS technology and environments.
• Excellent headhunting skills
• Focus on engaging, pipelining and recruiting top technical consultants who have a focus on the AWS stack.
• Talent pooling and talent pool management and ongoing network growth
• Arranging and spearheading Employee experience processes and events
• Be part of an experienced, supportive and fun team across various states

About you

• Want a fractional 3 day a week role where you will be in our Melbourne CBD office at least 2 days a week.
• Extensive IT recruitment and/or resourcing experience in an agency or internal environment
• Proven management of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a top-quality candidate experience
• Proactive and ability to think outside the box and come up with great solutions to attract talent
• Proven organisational skills with attention to detail, while multi-tasking various business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships across your strong and active network.
