Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)

Responsibilities:
Design talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals
Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
Develop and implement talent and learning initiatives and monitor the budget and the effectiveness
Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
Promote the talent development branding through effective channels
Build strong relationships with employees to foster employee engagement and development
Deliver community and volunteer initiatives to strengthen employee branding
Requirements:
A bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or a related field
Preferably with 8-10 years of relevant experience in talent management, L&D or HR, preferably in banking industry, of which 3 years in managerial role
Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programmes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, collaborator, adept at building relationship across teams
Proficiency in project management and computer skills (Excel, powerpoint, Chinese word processing …etc)
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; good knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
