Job Description
UOB is seeking an HR professional to drive employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and employer branding. The role includes managing engagement surveys, implementing wellbeing programmes, and strengthening UOB’s employer brand through strategic initiatives and partnerships:
Employee Engagement Survey
Track and update Bankwide EES progress and scores to relevant stakeholders Prepare quarterly consolidated country view of EES insights for MC meetings, along with a proposed action plans to address areas for improvement Engage and drive actions through CFH, EX Champs and HRBPs for functions that requires intervention due to low score or participation rate Respond to Group and other functional request on employee engagement data Facilitate quarterly huddles with EX Champions and review their action plans and progress Upskill EX Champions on the usage of EES portal and EES data analysis
Employee Wellness/ Engagement
Plan and develop Bankwide wellbeing initiatives for the year based on the 4 pillars of wellbeing (such as Wellness Day, Financial Week, Travel and Safety Awareness) Actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement wellbeing activities and ensure events are well executed Review post event evaluations and make further improvements to enhance the quality of the programmes Lead and execute Groupwide employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation, inclusion, and wellbeing. Such activities to include Global Appreciation Month, in line with Group’s theme and direction for the year.
Employer Branding
Implement the employee brand strategy and action plan. Lead, manage and submit award entry / certification submissions to enhance employer brand. Collaborate with external partners (such as Graduan) to produce and promote content to promote UOB's EVP and attract talent. Improve the Bank’s online presence on social media platforms by curating and repost content that promotes employee initiatives. Eg. Producing videos and content for social media etc. Increase campus presence and enhance brand visibility with the TA team through student engagements such as Better U Ambassadors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, employer branding, or culture development (experience in HR or talent management is a plus).
Proven ability to design and implement engagement programmes and manage employee engagement and wellbeing events and activities that enhance employee experience and organisational culture.
Ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organisation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently, with strong project management capabilities.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
