Join us as an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner and play a central role in attracting and engaging the people who power CFA Institute’s mission. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region, support strategic workforce plans, and collaborate closely with TA colleagues around the world.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and markets across APAC
Conduct intake meetings to clarify requirements, expectations, and sourcing strategies
Source talent through Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and AI-enabled tools
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role needs and organisational values
Advise hiring managers on sourcing approaches, assessment, and local market dynamics
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure compliance with labour and data privacy regulations
Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and HR Operations to prepare and extend compliant offers
Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or frequently hired roles
Engage passive talent and represent CFA Institute’s employer brand in professional communities
Share sourcing insights, market trends, and process improvements with the global TA team
Participate in regional and global projects under the guidance of the Director, Global Talent Acquisition
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrable experience delivering full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region
Experience working across multiple countries and functional areas
Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across varied disciplines
Understanding of recruitment compliance requirements and global hiring best practices
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: HKD 500,000 - 550,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 10% employer MPF contribution, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
