This role will be part of our Talent Acquisition team where we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will work closely with the business to understand their requirements and provide them with the best-fit candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates, be adapt at managing the hiring process, and use different ways to find potential candidates.
Requirements
Source and attract talent through various channels such as job boards, walk-ins, headhunting, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, industry events, etc. - Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies for recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of positions within the specific TAT.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers.
- Regularly generate progress reports detailing the status of ongoing sourcing activities and position status.
- Build a strong network of professional relationships with current and potential employees, industry contacts, and contribute to active and passive hiring.
- Build strong relationships, communicate well, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to campus hiring activities as and when required.
- Work on the candidate experience and other process improvement projects.
- Closely collaborate with the talent management team to ensure smooth onboarding.
