We are looking for a proactive and driven Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Sales hiring, thrives in fast-paced startup ecosystems, and is passionate about delivering quality talent in tight timelines.


Job Title: Talent Acquisition – Associate Manager
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Reporting to: Head – Talent Acquisition
Experience: Minimum 3 years


Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business roles across levels

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies

  • Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing techniques – LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting

  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience

  • Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders during the recruitment lifecycle

  • Maintain accurate data on the ATS and generate periodic reports for reviews

  • Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives as required

  • Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices in the startup ecosystem



Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Mandatory experience in closing Sales/Revenue/Business Development roles

  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is essential

  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates in parallel

  • Familiarity with Zoho ATS system is a plus
