We are looking for a proactive and driven Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Sales hiring, thrives in fast-paced startup ecosystems, and is passionate about delivering quality talent in tight timelines.
Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business roles across levels
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing techniques – LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting
Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience
Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders during the recruitment lifecycle
Maintain accurate data on the ATS and generate periodic reports for reviews
Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives as required
Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices in the startup ecosystem
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
Mandatory experience in closing Sales/Revenue/Business Development roles
Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is essential
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates in parallel
Familiarity with Zoho ATS system is a plus
