POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION

The Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Director plays a key strategic role in shaping Almirall’s ability to attract top-tier talent in the pharmaceutical industry. Reporting to the P&C Executive Director Talent & Culture Strategy, this role is responsible for managing the recruitment of all Executive-level and hard-to-fill positions globally. while also leading the development of a compelling Employer Branding strategy. The role ensures that Almirall is positioned as an employer of choice, aligned with our business goals and talent strategy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level and hard-to-fill roles across the organization, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and strategic alignment.

• Partners with executive stakeholders and PCBPs to understand talent needs and proactively build pipelines for critical roles.

• Design and implement a global Employer Branding strategy that reflects Almirall’s values, culture, and ambition, enhancing visibility and reputation in key talent markets.

• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and external partners to activate employer brand campaigns across digital, social, and industry platforms.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and candidate expectations to continuously evolve Almirall’s talent attraction approach.

• Develop metrics and dashboards to track effectiveness of senior hiring and employer branding initiatives.

• Represent Almirall at strategic talent forums, industry events, and executive search engagements.

• Ensure alignment with DE&I principles and global compliance standards in all talent attraction efforts

• Identify future capability needs and anticipate emerging skillsets critical to Almirall’s strategic direction.

• Map and leverage key talent networks, positioning Almirall effectively to engage with high-potential candidates.

• Introduce and apply behavioral assessment methodologies that reflect and reinforce the desired organizational culture.

• Continuously enhance evaluation methodologies to improve the success rate of selection processes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate certification in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Strategic HR is preferred.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive search and employer branding.

• Proven experience managing senior-level recruitment in a global, matrixed organization.

• Experience designing and executing employer branding strategies across multiple geographies.

• High proficiency in English.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, employer branding tools, and digital marketing channels.

• Prior experience within a Market Company setting is highly desirable.
