This role is ideal for a strategic culture leader who understands how large-scale change truly happens: through alignment, influence, strong governance, and sustained leadership commitment. You will be instrumental in enabling, coordinating, and accelerating it, ensuring momentum, clarity, and measurable progress.

Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will oversee a portfolio spanning culture transformation, EDI, total rewards and people analytics. You will lead and develop a talented team, including direct oversight of the Manager, Total Rewards and People Analytics, while partnering closely with leaders across the organization to foster a high-performing, inclusive and purpose-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Support Culture Transformation & Employee Experience

  • You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor—helping translate vision into action.
  • Support the Culture Transformation Steering Committee by providing structure, insight, and coordination to advance culture priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Director, People and Culture and Senior Management Team (SMT) to support the design, implementation, and tracking of culture transformation initiatives.
  • Help integrate aspirational values and desired behaviours into people programs, leadership practices, and the employee experience.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and insights that enable leaders to model inclusive, values-driven leadership.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, recognition, and well-being, grounded in data and feedback.

Advance Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

  • Lead the ongoing development, execution, and monitoring of the Foundation’s multi-year EDI roadmap.
  • Partner with internal groups—including the People and Culture team, EDI Committee, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and leaders—to co-create inclusive and impactful programs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure EDI best practices are embedded across all people processes and policies.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide EDI learning initiatives and support the advancement of inclusive leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop a compelling EDI communications strategy to drive engagements and visibility.
  • Support the growth and sustainability of ERGs while staying informed on emerging EDI trends and practices.

Leadership Oversight for Total Rewards

  • You will provide oversight and strategic guidance across Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition - supported by subject-matter expertise on your team.
  • Lead through influence and governance, empowering the Manager, Total Rewards and People Analytics to provide technical expertise.
  • Champion holistic wellness and meaningful recognition and reward strategies that elevate the employee experience.
  • Ensure appropriate governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant legislation, including Pay Equity and Pay Transparency.

Enable Insight Through People Analytics

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end People Analytics strategy that delivers meaningful, actionable insights to leaders.
  • Oversee the design and upkeep of dynamic HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports—tracking key metrics like engagement, turnover, internal mobility, and EDI representation.
  • Identify workforce trends, spotlight opportunities, and monitor progress against culture, engagement, and EDI goals.
  • Be a champion for evidence-based decision-making, using people data to inform strategy, improve experiences, and drive organizational performance.
  • Design and implement feedback loops—surveys, pulse checks, listening tools—that help us stay tuned into what our employees need and value most.

Lead and Develop a High-Impact Team

  • Develop and coach a passionate team committed to impact, learning, and collaboration.
  • Create space for ongoing growth and development, investing in both your team’s success and your own leadership journey.
