Job Summary

Develop and implement recruitment & selection policies, procedures and best practices to ensure the quality of people to be recruited with the needed skills, behavior and know-how.

General Responsibilities

• Implement the company recruitment and selection process
• Timely complete the recruitment schedule and plan
• Ensure the quality of people being recruited to meet the company’s standards
• Develop employer branding strategy and establish activities locally and overseas to attract talent to drive for localization.
• Be in charge in recruitment for Healthcare (Customer Care , Telesales, Tender...)
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and manager.
