Assistant ‐ Talent Acquisition - Service Delivery (1 year contract)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations are implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs, whilst contributing towards executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HRSS TA recruiter on end-to-end talent acquisition tasks including scheduling interviews, reference checks and document requesting and validation. 
• Ensure all recruitment related systems are updated on time.
• Create a CV pool for potential and ready now candidates for current and upcoming roles.
• Conduct passive searches where required to support recruiter.
• Build networks, while working closely with the COE on MAS reach across professional, University and student bodies.
• Manage intern database - to build an alumni as an additional sourcing pool.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Following a degree in HR or Business Management field or any Professional qualifications related to HR.
• 6 to 12 months of experience in Recruitment or Staffing.
• Good organization skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft office packages.
