Job Overview: 

Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Support recruitment activities related to strategic hires, including recruitment for POD roles.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with third party consultants and recruitment agencies as part of the process to ensure long term business partnership that enables in sourcing right candidates for the organization.
  • Guide and upskill Line Managers in writing job descriptions, identifying competencies, developing self-development plans, capability issues and other jobs within the Department to ensure effective HR support and services and ensure JDs are approved by Comp and Ben.
  • Support the Director of TA in recruitment execution by coordinating candidate outreach, assessments, and interview scheduling for senior roles.
  • Collaborate with Group Services recruitment and onboarding teams to align processes and ensure smooth candidate transitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to support recruitment planning, and candidate selection.
  • Actively identify and propose new tools, platforms, or process improvements to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for senior-level roles to support future hiring needs

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Metrics

  • Assist in implementing TA initiatives that support DHE’s broader workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Support the HC team in developing a ‘UAE National’ Talent Acquisition plan to identify potential sources of recruitment and implement initiatives to drive continual assessment and development of UAE talent.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics focused on diversity, gender balance, Emiratization, and attraction of high-quality talent.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance and alignment with inclusion and talent goals.

Employer Branding & Internal Collaboration

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, IT, and HR teams to embed our new EVP and values.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of campaigns, career fairs, and internal/external branding events.
  • Promote DHE’s talent brand across digital and physical platforms in alignment with the company's image and values.

Internal Mobility & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support internal mobility efforts by identifying and tracking internal candidates for open roles.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to understand talent availability and movement across departments.
  • Engage regularly with senior managers to align hiring activity with department needs and future workforce plans.

Compliance & Data Support

  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with UAE labor laws,  company policies and manpower plans.
  • Contribute to data preparation, dashboards, and reports in support of strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with IT for improvements in recruitment systems and issue resolution.
  • Support the external/internal auditors in the processes of auditing by providing the required information and data related to the recruitment, training, employee engagement & relations.

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Additional qualifications: CIPD/SHRM will be an advantage 
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience
