You will be vital in bringing in the right people in to build a strong workforce We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. The role will be responsible to drive end- to end hiring strategies, attract top talent, enhance employer branding. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening and onboarding high quality candidates to support business growth. Be strategic and bring workforce planning information to the table that can assist business leaders with making better talent decisions.

We have been working remotely since COVID and continue to excel in this model, with a few teams operating in traditional office setting permanently. You will report directly to the EVP of HR, Operations and Finance and collaborate closely with a range of teams and diverse personalities across the Organization.

Requirements


Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate closely with respective stakeholders across the organization:
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the company. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and having sound knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). 
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding their candidate assessments based on your expertise of the role being filled and the team.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for new roles.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn). Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, implement plans like campus to corporate plan, organizing and attending recruitment and networking events, conferences and job fairs and so on.
  • HR MIS report and Dashboard: Create, track, and publish key Metrics. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate and so on.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance regarding recruitment and employment regulations.
  • Support internal teams with recruitment strategies for various levels of roles, including junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
  • Assist in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand and improve candidate experience. Coordinate with HR colleagues and seniors for seamless integration of new hires into their respective teams.
  • Manage other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate in any stream plus a diploma/degree in Human Resources. MBA in Human Resources (Preferable)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, ATS (such as Zoho Recruit, and so on).
• Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact with candidates and internal teams across all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong process orientation and a work ethic that focuses on the thoroughness of approach, precision, and mindfulness.
• Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline management is a plus
• Must have a strong Technical Acumen paired with Analytical mindset and innovative thinking.
