Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Support recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent for all departments.

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and forecast workforce requirements.

Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Promote a workplace culture based on respect, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.

Act as a mediator in employee relations, handling conflicts and grievances fairly and professionally.

Support employee recognition programs and internal communication strategies.

Learning & Development

Coordinate training programs to support employee growth, brand standards, and career development.

Identify training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and organizational goals.

Support succession planning and leadership development programs.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

Assist in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.

Contribute to the review of salary structures, benefits, and HR policies to remain competitive.

Leadership & Administration

Supervise and mentor HR team members, ensuring smooth daily operations of the People & Culture office.

Assist in preparing reports, HR metrics, and analysis for management decision-making.

Act as a deputy for the Director of People & Culture in their absence.

Build strong relationships with all department leaders, providing HR guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within hospitality or service industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
