We are seeking a data-driven and people-focused Employee Engagement Analyst to join our HR team. This role is responsible for analyzing employee feedback, engagement metrics, and workplace trends to help shape strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment. The analyst will also assist in cultivating a strong company culture, supporting administrative functions, engaging with community groups, and maintaining the company intranet to ensure timely and relevant communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret employee engagement data from surveys, interviews, and other feedback channels
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to HR and leadership teams
  • Translate data and program evaluation into actionable strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Assist in shaping and supporting a strong, inclusive, and values-driven company culture
  • Support the planning and execution of company culture events and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures for engagement and culture programs
  • Coordinate engagement events, workshops, and recognition programs
  • Build relationships and collaborate with community groups to promote outreach, volunteerism, and social impact initiatives
  • Maintain and update the company intranet with relevant content, announcements, and resources related to engagement and culture

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with employee engagement platforms or survey tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with budgeting and invoice processing tools or systems
  • Experience in community outreach or partnership development is an asset
  • Event planning or program coordination experience is a plus
  • Experience managing intranet platforms or internal communication tools is preferred

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
