Job title: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Pipavav, Gujarat

Role Summary: The role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. To act as a subjectmatter expert in recruitment, developing and implementing strategies to fill vacanciesefficiently and proactively. This role often involves managing the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, partnering closely with department heads to align hiring with business goals, andoften leading or mentoring junior recruiters.
 
Role responsibilities: 

  • Drive Business Growth: Secure top talent that aligns with the organization's long-term goals, culture, and immediate staffing needs.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Move from reactive hiring to proactive talent mapping, ensuring a readypool of candidates for future, hard-to-fill, or critical roles.
  • Strengthen Employer Brand: Promote the company as an "employer of choice" to attractdiverse, qualified applicants.
  • Optimize Efficiency & Experience: Streamline the hiring process to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while guaranteeing a high-quality candidate journey.
  • Coordination: Coordinating the Recruitment and Selection Process, complying with all requirements.
  • MIS: Maintain data for various MIS and the Dashboard for Senior Management.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, using Job Portals, and using Social Platforms.
     
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW/ MLW preferred.
  • 4–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Business Acumen: Fair knowledge of the company's business and its processes.
  • Active Listening: Understanding the needs of both hiring managers and candidates to manage expectationseffectively.
  • Clear Communication: Articulating job requirements and company value propositions clearly in writing (emails, job ads) and verbally.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating rapport with passive candidates and building trust with internal stakeholders.
  • Empathy & Candidate Experience: Maintaining a high-touch, empathetic approach to candidate engagement toenhance the company's employer brand.
