We are currently seeking a Leader of Talent Development to be responsible for our campus recruiting efforts. Our new grads whom we fondly refer to as our All Stars are comprised of the highest caliber of candidates from quantitative college programs. Our new Leader of Talent Development will oversee and be responsible for ensuring the continued success of BLEND360’s All Star Program.
The All-Star Program: This is our approach to hiring and developing talent. We hire top candidates from quantitative college programs, develop and train them and deploy them on client work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Further developed and mature our company-wide All-Star program
· Build and implement an approach that will allow us to scale the All-Star program rapidly
· Be a champion for our All-Stars and ensure the overall experience is great
· Ensure the execution of the program is aligned to the defined strategy – Making sure what we want to happen happens
· Manage the different programs across each line of business (BTS and DSS)
· Playing a role in helping to source candidates and helping to build relationships with schools
· Solicit ongoing feedback from our All-Stars to help us adjust the approach and experience
