Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer & Employee Engagement, this role is a key operational partner responsible for delivering proactive, high‑quality administrative and organizational support. Working with leaders and their teams, this position ensures seamless coordination, strong communication flow, and a consistently professional experience for internal and external stakeholders.
You will need sound judgment, exceptional prioritization skills, and a solutions‑oriented mindset to navigate a wide range of confidential, time‑sensitive, and complex responsibilities. This role is central to keeping the Customer & Employee Engagement department running efficiently.

About the Role
Provide confidential administrative support by anticipating needs and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.
Expertly manage the Senior Director’s calendar, ensuring time is optimized and priorities are on track.
Prepare agendas, minutes, action items, and follow‑ups.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, offsites and special events - keeping everyone aligned through excellent organization and communication.
Handle multiple priorities, track deadlines, manage workflows, and streamline processes.
Create clear, polished presentation decks and support communication initiatives.
Support project management initiatives with scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
Assist with financial reporting, expense reconciliation, and operational reporting.
Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams across the LCBO as needed.
About You
2+ years administrative experience supporting Senior Leadership across different business divisions.
Post-secondary administrative education or equivalent experience.
Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and proactively anticipate needs.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and a customer-service mindset.
Flair for visual presentations (PowerPoint)
