As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitments from start to finish in close collaboration with hiring managers across SSC Space in Sweden. While the positions are based in Sweden, you will work with candidates from around the world and collaborate with hiring managers located both in Sweden and internationally. The role combines a high volume of operational recruitment with targeted sourcing for technical and specialist positions.

Requirements
We believe you have:
A relevant academic background is valuable but not a requirement.
To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy the practical, day-to-day work of recruitment. You take responsibility for keeping processes moving, build trust with both hiring managers and candidates, follow up when needed and you are comfortable giving clear recommendations to hiring managers.
We believe you have:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel within a technology-driven organization, including regular communication with candidates and close collaboration with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other relevant channels.
- The ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
- A structured way of working and the ability to plan, prioritize and follow up on several parallel processes.
- A genuine interest in developing your skills further within recruitment, interviewing and sourcing.
