Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the company’s US and Canada corporate and agency/staffing functions. With focus on driving staffing requirements, creative staffing engagement, and targeted staffing recruiting metrics. This is a hands-on recruiting role within the Talent Manager function, requiring direct involvement in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting execution while also leading broader staffing strategy, workforce planning, budget oversight, and team leadership. The TA Manager partners with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast and meet staffing needs, evaluates complex staffing data, and provides guidance on recruiting best practices, compliance, employment trends, and scalable talent strategies. The Manager oversees staffing and North American recruiting teams, including work allocation, staff development, succession planning, and performance evaluation approvals. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting execution across all levels. 
  • Lead recruiting operations and build scalable talent strategies across corporate, agency, technology, consulting, financial services, logistics, and related environments. 
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, staffing forecasts, talent needs, retention insights, skill-set analysis, and unmet client needs. 
  • Develop recruiting strategies that strengthen CompuCom Systems, Inc.’s competitive position in local and area-wide markets. 
  • Responsible for operational reporting, recruiting platforms, dashboards, process improvement, compliance, HR policy/procedure standardization. 
  • Ownership of vendor-managed services, support, and supplier management. 
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Manager experience, including agency and corporate staffing. 
  • 3+ years minimum of Agency/Staffing specific experience with a compliment of recruiter and manager role. 
  • Experience leading North American or global recruiting teams, workforce planning, talent strategy, and recruiting budgets. 
  • Strong recruiting operations experience across corporate, agency, technology, consulting, financial services, logistics, or similar environments. 
  • Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms, dashboards, executive reporting, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, process improvement, and compliance support. 
  • Vendor management or supplier program experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, prioritization, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and employment law knowledge. 
 
 Wage Range The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000- $125,000 annually.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
