Job Summary:
In this position, you will lead a Talent Acquisition team to ensure all staffing and recruitment targets are met. You will develop strong relationships with Senior HR Business Partners, hiring managers, universities, and professional organizations to understand and forecast Bechtel’s Talent Acquisition needs. You will evaluate metrics and lead sourcing strategies to ensure business goals are met.

Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Recruitment Coordinators
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; holds them accountable for following company processes and procedures
- Supports hiring managers by ensuring candidates are dispositioned quickly and efficiently
- Resolves escalated issues
- Evaluates TA metrics as needed to support business needs
- Ensures staffing needs are met in compliance with relevant laws and requirements and diversity and inclusion goals are met
- Participates in strategic TA initiatives
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:

Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, project management, or leadership roles

Demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume, or strategic hiring initiative

Able to resolve a wide range of complex recruiting issues independently

Recognized as an advanced contributor with specialized expertise

Exercises sound judgment and influences decisions across multiple stakeholders

Networks effectively internally and externally to attract talent and solve hiring challenges
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, workforce planning, and strategic talent acquisition practices in support of business and project objectives.
- Demonstrated success identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent intelligence, competitor mapping, and external workforce dynamics.
- Experience using recruiting metrics, market data, and talent insights to influence hiring strategies and support business decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft 365, and other recruiting technologies and tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR, and business leadership to deliver talent solutions for critical project and operational needs.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or developing recruiting teams is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while maintaining a high level of customer service and candidate experience.
