About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TA Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions β from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement β in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation logistics
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with accuracy
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs
- Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and internal announcements
- Conduct research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide general administrative support to the team
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills β written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with any HRIS is a plus
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a collaborative team environment
- Prior internship or coursework in HR is an advantage but not required
