Senior Executive – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across the Sector, working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand manpower and talent requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired positions to reduce recruitment lead time and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Source potential talent through diverse channels, including career portals, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, universities and other innovative sourcing methods.
  • Manage recruitment activities through the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring recruitment information is accurately and timely maintained.
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-employment assessments, including aptitude, competency, behavioural and role-specific skill assessments, while continuously introducing new assessment methods to improve talent screening and selection.
  • Develop and execute creative recruitment and employer branding campaigns and content to showcase our people, culture, career opportunities and projects.
  • Coordinate career fairs, university engagement, professional networking and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Conduct and coordinate employee induction programmes and support a consistent and positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on vacancies, recruitment lead time, sourcing channels, talent pipelines and recruitment trends.
  • Identify and implement new ideas, technologies and innovative approaches to continuously improve Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related discipline.
  • Full or part qualification in CIPM Qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and public presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS and ATS platforms usage will be an advantage 
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt new technologies and digital tools.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
