Help us generate candidate leads, acquire new corporate clients and grow our online presence.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Job Portals & Social Media
• Generate candidate & corporate client leads through digital channels
• Conduct LinkedIn, Email outreach
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook presence
• Create job ads & marketing creatives using Canva
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & AI tools for research, content & lead generation
• Maintain databases, track leads & follow-ups
• Support recruitment teams with candidate sourcing campaigns

👤 WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 2–5 years' experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation / Recruitment Marketing / Business Development
✔ Strong LinkedIn & Social Media knowledge
✔ Proficiency in Canva + AI tools
✔ Excellent communication, research & follow-up skills
✔ Proactive, target-oriented & independent
⭐ Recruitment/Staffing experience is an advantage
