Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic HR projects across the Baltic region.

  • Drive employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and coordinate follow-up actions.

  • Develop and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Coordinate internal and external employer branding activities.

  • Design and deliver employee well-being and leadership development programs.

  • Support performance management and succession planning processes.

  • Prepare HR analytics, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Baltic and ERGO Group colleagues to share best practices and implement people initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or a related field.

  • Experience leading and implementing HR or organizational development projects.

  • Hands-on experience in at least some of the following areas: employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employer branding, well-being, talent management, or DEI.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills.

Salary: 2900-3300 €/mon. gross
