About the Role
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects for residential and commercial developments. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams to deliver high-quality interior solutions while ensuring project timelines, budgets, and design standards are met. The role includes client consultation, concept development, material selection, design presentations, site coordination, and project monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Space Planning
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning layouts and furniture plans.
- Design aesthetically pleasing and functional interiors.
- Recommend colour palettes, lighting, textures, and finishes.
- Ensure optimal space utilization.
Design Development
- Prepare detailed design drawings and presentations.
- Create mood boards and material boards.
- Develop 3D visualizations and design renderings.
- Prepare client presentations and design proposals.
- Modify designs based on client feedback.
Material Selection
- Select finishes, flooring, wall treatments, lighting, furniture, and décor.
- Source materials from approved vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure material quality and budget compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest design materials and market trends.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Supervise project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure work is completed according to design specifications.
- Resolve on-site design issues.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and design preferences.
- Present design concepts and project updates.
- Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines and budgets.

Profile Criteria
- 5–8 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
- Hands-on experience with site execution and project coordination.
- Excellent understanding of space planning and material selection.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
