Who You Are
You notice when something is out of place and fix it - without being asked or waiting to see if someone else notices and does it first
You're comfortable asking a vendor, a building super, or a senior scientist a direct question
You own the small things — the coffee machine, the AV in the conference room, the candidate sign-in flow — because the office only works when they do.
You're comfortable working without a playbook. You figure it out, get it done, and write the process down so it's faster next time.
You strive for zero defects. Perfecting the workplace of a cutting edge cancer research company is an ongoing pursuit. A seamless environment is the expectation for this role.
